π Your role
As a Technical Business Developer, you play a key role in the company’s growth. You will present our solutions to potential new clients and will be responsible for persuading them to adopt our technologies.
π§© Your missions
π§ 1. Explore new markets
- Develop a plan for expanding into new markets
- Prepare (schedule appointments with potential clients) and participate in trade shows.
π 2. Prospect and contact potential customers
- Prospecting for potential clients
- Conduct technical platform demonstrations for potential clients
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to establish partnerships and secure contracts with shared clients.
- Listen to potential customers, provide them with consultancy, and offer them the most suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Having technical knowledge of our technology solutions is essential for responding to tenders.
- Work with the Customer Success team to define the requirements for setup and specific developments.
π 3.Proposals and Contracts
- Drafting business proposals tailored to each client
- In partnership with the Product team, design business proposals that combine multiple technical solutions to meet customers' complex needs.
- Draft the contracts in preparation for client signatures
π± 4. Develop and maintain sales documentation and technical skills
- Stay informed and trained about the latest developments in our solutions
- Participate in the drafting of business documents
- Participate in structuring the sales process
- Maintain the demonstration environment, create new products, enhance the content...
π€ Desired skills and qualifications
- Experience: Master's degree (5-year university program) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language skills: Fluent English is essential for smooth communication with clients and international teams. Knowledge of Spanish, French, and Italian is a plus.
- Market knowledge: Experience in the tourism sector is essential.
- Technical skills: Good understanding of SaaS environments. Proficiency with quotation and booking tools used in the tourism industry.
- Soft skills: excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build trust-based relationships.
